DoubleSync is a product of Double Shore (“we”, “us”, “our”). We build deployment and content synchronization tools for Umbraco CMS.

2. Data We Collect

Account Data

When you create an account or purchase a license, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store your full card number.

Usage Data

We use standard web analytics (page views, referrer, browser type) to improve our website. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or sell data to advertisers.

Sync Data

DoubleSync runs entirely within your infrastructure. Content, schema, media, and user data synchronized between your Umbraco environments never passes through our servers. We have no access to your Umbraco content.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Process purchases and deliver license keys
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, license delivery)
• Provide customer support
• Improve our products and website

We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Account and order data is retained for the duration of your account plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies
